Changing clothes for sport, doing Scrubs and treating with essential oils are some of the tricks to fight back acne.
Do you dream of wearing little cross shirts in the back or backless dresses, but buttons worthy of a teenage acne crisis do not want to leave your shoulders? No panic, natural solutions are handy.
Smart sweat
One of the main causes of acne at the back and chest level is related to sweating. Too tight and synthetic sportswear capture bacteria and moisture, preventing pores from breathing and causing pimples. Prefer cotton clothes not too tight and go in the shower as soon as the workout is done.
Not too much hydration !!
The skin of some parts of our body, like the face, tends to dry very quickly, especially after the shower. But the skin of the back, much thicker, does not have the same problem. It is therefore useless to go too strong on the level of hydration products, at the risk of choking the skin and encouraging the appearance of pimples.
Doing laundry
During sleep, dead cells of our bodies settle on our sheets and pajamas. Remember to wash them regularly, as well as towels, to reduce the number of contact with bacteria. Be careful however with the detergent you use: some, which contain too much perfume, can irritate the skin and increase the risk of developing pimples.
Scrubs galore

The essential oil solution
The essential oil of tea tree is known for its antibacterial properties. You can apply it directly to the buttons using a cotton swab, a cotton disc or a handkerchief. DAB gently and let it take a few hours to rinse. You can also add a few drops to your moisturizer.
